We use a sophisticated data monitoring system (Sectormentor) to assess and analyse what is happening at each site on a daily basis. Armed with vital data, our vineyard crew can be incredibly targeted in their approach, managing each plot on a block-by-block, row-by-row basis according to its unique topography.
